How we handle your information — kept simple, because our operation is simple.

Information we collect

When you contact us or book a service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, City/ZIP or location notes, and basic information about your vehicle and service location. This information is submitted voluntarily through our booking form, by phone, SMS, email, or by contacting us directly.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to schedule and perform the service you requested, quote trip fees, communicate with you about your appointment, and follow up after service if needed. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for any commercial purpose. Period.

Third-party services

Booking forms may use a third-party form relay (Web3Forms) or Google Forms to deliver submissions to our inbox. Chat features, when enabled, send only what you type plus the fields needed to reach you. Payment processing is handled by Square. These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to their own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.

Community forum

Our forum lets you sign in with a Google account instead of creating a new password. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture, and account ID with us so we can create your forum profile — we never see or store your password. We do not add your email to any mailing list or send you marketing email; it's used only to identify your account. We never sell or share your information with anyone. If you ever book and pay for a service through us, that payment is handled separately through Square's own secure checkout — your forum sign-in and any payment information are never linked unless you complete that transaction yourself.

We set a single secure, encrypted session cookie so you stay signed in. It cannot be read or used by anyone but our server, and it expires automatically after 30 days of inactivity.

Threads and replies you post are visible publicly to anyone who visits the forum, the same as any public message board. New posts and replies are automatically screened by an AI moderation tool (Cloudflare Workers AI) for spam, scams, and abusive content before human review; flagged content may be held from public view until a moderator checks it. We do not use forum content to train any AI model.

You can delete your own posts or ask us to remove your account by emailing us below — we'll delete your profile and disassociate or remove your posts within a reasonable time.

Data retention

We retain customer records for a reasonable period of time for business and tax purposes in accordance with applicable law. We keep service records as needed for the job and ordinary business records, and forum accounts and posts for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us directly.

Security

Your information is kept private and handled with care. We do not store your data in public systems, share it with unauthorized parties, or use it for any purpose beyond your service. If you ever have a concern about your information, reach out and we will address it directly.
